Herb-Infused Vinegars

Wild Ivy Herb Farm’s Herb-infused Vinegars are made from the finest organic vinegars to be found. We infuse harvested fresh herbs into red wine, white wine and raw apple cider vinegars to make the most flavorful and delicious vinegars you have ever experienced! Herb-infused vinegars make gorgeous salad dressings and marinades by adding 1 part vinegar to 3-4 parts olive oil. Our vinegars are so flavorful, you may wish to use them straight up without oil! Delight yourself, family or guests with salad dressings that rock your greens! Use the same formula to make a marinade for meat, chicken or fish to add extraordinary flavor and tenderizing. These vinegars also make great shrub cocktails!

For a delightful shrub cocktail, add 1 ounce of any flavored Wild Ivy Herb Farm vinegar of your choice to club soda on ice. Add 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon (to taste) raw sugar or raw honey if desired. Any addition of alcohol is optional!
